Last Thursday saw the launch party of Ice-Watch's F*** Me I'm Famous collection, designed by Cathy Guetta, wife of DJ David Guetta.
The event took place at Aqua Nueva, a suitably extravagant setting with an outdoor terrace overlooking Regent Street; luckily the sun was playing ball that day - with cocktails in hand and delicious melted cheese lollipops (seriously, they were AMAZING!), amongst other drool-worthy canapes, what a beautiful way to see the sun set over London!
The watches themselves were great - aside from the F*** Me I'm Famous logo, which perhaps isn't everyones cup of tea, the watches take inspiration from Cathy's years of experience running one of Ibiza's hottest club nights at Pacha so the designs are suitably bright, fun and not too badly priced, ideal to be used as much as an accessory as a time piece. I was lucky enough to get a fab white Ice-Watch in a goodie bag from the evening and Mr. S&S loved the collection so much he went along to Selfridges (stockist of the Ice-Watch) and bought another version the next day!
With a performance by Esmee Denters and a DJ set by Danny from McFly to top it off the party was a great success - Ice Watch definitely has a couple of new fans from S&S!
