Champers, canapes and snow

Last night I attended a 'party' hosted by Mint Polo in the Park. The party, which is perhaps better descibed as a gathering and social networking event, took place at Bond & Brook restaurant inside Fenwick on Bond Street. Having never attended a polo match in my life this may seem a little random, basically the day job is in PR (a pr and a blogger, surprise surprise huh?) so to cut a long story short, a client of ours is going to be working with the polo at this year's event - all very exciting and perfect for what is a brilliant luxury brand (naming no names).

So here I was, along with the rest of the team on the account, rocking up to a lovely restaurant yesterday evening and I don't think I've ever felt quite so colourful in a grey cashmere cardigan! It seems that we missed the memo to only wear black so my jeans, cardigan and boots combo was quite out of place but hey, Veuve Clicqout Champagne and delicious canapes from "Rhubarb" were on offer so who are we to care.

As it turns out it was a lovely evening, we drank, we ate, we socialised and we networked - all in a days work; and to top off the evening IT SNOWED!!!!

and here's a snap shot of Green Park looking absolutely beautiful decked out in white this morning...
