Snow finally made it down to Surrey, hooray! We all love snow, it brings out the child in us and, as a result, you find yourself doing childish activities from back in the day - today's activity...baking!
Not something I usually have the time to do but, being housebound for the day was just too good an opportunity to pass by. Not too shabby if i do say so myself, with a lot of thanks to the Hummingbird Bakery cookbook - genius recipes for the baking-challenged.
With all that sugar we needed a hearty meal to top off a chilly but cosy weekend. My first attempt at a rack of lamb and success, what a beauty...
